Trees are very important for our planet. Trees create oxygen and purify our air. Rainforests are responsible for nearly 1/3 of the oxygen on earth, yet we are currently cutting down around 7 billion trees every year. Trees not only make oxygen, but also stabilize the soil and give life and a home to so many animals. Much of our wildlife relies on trees to survive, and cutting down trees is a major problem that results in many animals such as orangutans and koalas losing their homes and dying. That is why we will be donating to Trees For The Future. Their mission is to rejuvenate rain forests, revive the soil, while improving the lives of people by giving them the ability to transition from unstable farming techniques to having a forest gardening system. We want to plant more trees to make our earth a better place.
